Laine Nigule – Piano Tutor
Laine is a versatile Latvian musician and educator who has been based in Ireland since 2007. She began her musical journey at Mazsalaca Music School, specializing in piano and music theory, while also studying the trumpet.
She furthered her education with an intensive five-year curriculum at the Jelgava College of Music, graduating from the Choral Conducting department. Since relocating to Ireland, Laine has taught piano to both children and adults, and she currently holds a teaching position at Music West. An active performer in the local music community, she plays piano for the Mayo Concert Orchestra and sings with the women’s choir Bella Capella. Additionally, she contributes her diverse skills to the Latvian choir in Ireland, eLVé, serving as both their rehearsal accompanist and assistant choral director.
